When is the best time to prune trees?
For most tree species in South East Queensland, late winter to early spring is the ideal time to prune. That said, dead, damaged or diseased branches should always be removed as soon as they are identified, regardless of the time of year.
How often should trees be pruned?

Can I prune a tree near a powerline myself?
